Healthwatch in Sussex delivered a project to learn about patient experiences of the Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service since the 1st April 2025 when the EMED group took over the delivery of the Sussex contract.

HOPE Charity Project provides early intervention and prevention support for families and young people aged 10-21 years, offering a safe space to be heard, guided and strengthened before crisis point.

In January 2026, Healthwatch in Sussex sought experiences of people using pharmacy services, including Pharmacy First. This repeated a poll we previously ran in July 2024.

This report captures the experiences of 51 young people aged 15–24 that identify as having either a learning disability, neurodiversity, ADHD or autism, including 12 young people from Black and Black African backgrounds .

The aim of this work was to better understand the communication and access challenges, and how these can be improved by the NHS staff who engage with young people with additional needs.

The Living Well Programme (LWP) is a course aimed at adults living with any long term physical and/or mental health condition, who live in West Sussex or Brighton and Hove.

Right at Home Worthing & Shoreham District is a high-quality homecare provider, dedicated to supporting older people and adults living with disabilities to remain independent, comfortable, and happy in their own homes.

Community Link, delivered by Horsham District Council, provides Technology Enabled Care (TEC) to help residents live independently, safely, and confidently at home.
