How do you feel about health and care in Sussex?

Healthwatch in Sussex would like to hear from you about your experiences of accessing NHS Sussex services.

Please share your views through this survey on your experiences of current services, what is working well and where further improvements could be made. There is also a spotlight in this survey on the sharing and use of information about your health and wellbeing within the NHS to help inform our work.

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and each response will be reviewed and analysed.
