Access to Healthcare, Wellbeing and Community services when living in the more rural areas of West Sussex Survey

We would like to learn about your experiences of accessing healthcare, wellbeing and community services.
Warnham is a village and civil parish in the Horsham district of West Sussex, England. The village is centred 2 miles NNW of Horsham, 31 miles from London, to the west of the A24 road

Our Rural Health survey in 2024 informed that residents and their families living in the more rural areas of West Sussex face specific barriers when trying to access healthcare, wellbeing and community services, primarily transport, location, and cost.

We would like to learn if there has been any change for rural residents’ experience of accessing healthcare, wellbeing and community services.

Also, to learn how you prefer to receive information about health, wellbeing and community services.

Completing our survey

By responding to the following questions, which should take about 5 minutes, depending on how much information you would like to share, you will be making a huge contribution to this project.

Let us know your experiences

Closing date: Midnight on Sunday 5th July 2026.
