Engaging with Crawley Students

This reports on our partnership engagement with students of Crawley College.

This engagement is part of our mental health priority work and the outcome we are
seeking is that the lived experiences of Young People (aged 11-25) and their families,
directly informs and influence the outcomes from the Independent Review of Children and Young Peoples’ emotional and wellbeing services and their experiences in
Sussex.

We had many conversations with students and staff around mental health. Often
people were knowledgeable on some of the support available for young people in the
area. However, their experiences varied, and several themes emerged.
