Healthwatch together with Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SPFT) and Carers Support West Sussex will be hosting three monthly webinars for relatives and carers with loved ones in Care Homes.
These will enable conversations and connections established at our Sussex wide event in November (Staying Connected with loved ones in Care Homes during the pandemic) to continue.
The webinars are for you to hear from other family carers, contribute your thoughts and to seek answers to any burning questions that you may have. Click here to read our page for this project.
What to expect at this webinar
There will an opportunity to join representatives from the Health and Care System in a Q & A session and discuss ‘What could and should the system be doing to support relatives and carers.’
