Everyone has mental health, just as we all have physical health. And like our physical health, there are times when our mental health is better than others.
If you or someone you know is struggling with their mental health, you are not alone, and there are places you can go to get help.

Omnia Classes
Omnia is a circuits class which is based in the Gym & run by our Gym instructor. Tea, coffee and chat available following the session at 11 - 11.30am.

Mind & Body Stretch-ability
Gentle exercises using weights to strengthen & mobilise major muscles and joints. Before finishing with a relaxation period to calm and renew. These classes encourage flexibility, stamina and breath control. Opportunities to have tea/coffee and social after each session.
