Community Transport Sussex  

Community Transport Sussex (CTS) is one of the main community transport providers in West Sussex.

They work to relieve social isolation and loneliness across the county through the provision of safe, accessible, affordable and supported, door to door transport for those who have difficulty accessing the mainstream transport network. 

What is Dial-A-Ride service? 

Dial-A-Ride will pick you up from your door in a wheelchair accessible minibus or other suitable vehicle, with a trained driver who can help you get from A to B as smoothly as possible. 

Community Transport Sussex (CTS) can take you to the local shops or garden centre, to medical appointments or perhaps to see your friends or family. 

Who can use the Dial-A-Ride service? 

You are entitled to use our services if you struggle to access transport due to:

  • Age
  • Mobility
  • Rurality
  • Disability
  • Poor public transport or transport links in your area  

How do I register for the Dial-A-Ride service? 

You will need to register with CTS as a member before booking a Dial-A-Ride journey. Membership is free.
