Here is a summary of the breadth and depth of our work in the last quarter April to June 2020, issues/concerns and our forward plan for the next 3 months.

This report shows examples from 2019/20 where our Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service (IHCAS) supports local people to have their concerns heard.

July 31st marks the anniversary of the Accessible Information Standard being introduced. This has made a difference to the lives of many vulnerable people in West Sussex.

This is our sixth report in this series and covers the insight we've heard from you from 13th June - 12th July 2020.
