This report details the experiences of the practice's patients and visitors as shared with us during our visit in September 2017 and our authorised representatives' observations.

As part of our programme of engaging with local people we have a schedule of visits to GP and hospitals across West Sussex. Following the Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) inspection and report, we extended an offer of support to the practice.

This reports on our Enter and View work carried, as part of our Hospital Visiting Programme

We spoke to people in the hospital’s outpatient and pathology departments, A&E and eye clinic. We captured 13 personal accounts and completed a number of surveys.

Listening and understanding how Littlehampton residents experience health and care

Healthwatch West Sussex and Healthwatch East Sussex provided assessors for the annual Patient Led Assessment of the Care Environment Programme (PLACE) for the planned visit to Langley Green Hospital on 21 April.

Healthwatch West Sussex has produced this report presenting how the principles of the Care Act are being realised for individuals in West Sussex, specifically looking at whether person-centred approaches are being applied in safeguarding as set out in the Care Act 2014

Through reshaping the way we work, we aim to deliver a local Healthwatch presence into communities, through Listening and Network Tours. We started in East Grinstead.
