- Presentations: Opportunities to hear from people with lived experience and learn from professionals and experts.
- Information Marketplace: Local services and organisations will be on-site.
- Community Connection: A supportive environment to meet others and feel part of a community.
- Complimentary Lunch: A warm and healthy lunch will be provided.
- Health Services: A Nurse Advisor will offer pulse and general health checks.

Transport:
Community Transport Sussex provide an accessible vehicle service for those with difficulty accessing public transport. Contact the Engagement team to register for this service.
