How People and Communities Can Work Together With Primary Care

Healthwatch West Sussex invites you to join us at a workshop to explore how people and communities can work together with primary care, building on the successful relationships that already exist. 

We would like your help to co-design best practice information. You will be working alongside representatives of GP Practices, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), Patient Participant Groups, other local voluntary and community groups and patients to do this. 

We believe that by pooling people’s knowledge and skills, these resources can help to ensure that the voice of people and communities are at heart of Primary Care Networks (PCNs). 

We invite representation from PCN teams, Patient Participation Groups, voluntary and community organisations, patients, carers and the general public.
