You’re invited to click here to take part in the South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust new public survey.

Local patients have diverse needs, spanning the spectrum from social care to critical care but only a small proportion truly require emergency or critical care.

South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust would like to receive feedback on members of the public’s experience of using their 999 service as well as providing opportunities to share their thoughts in the free text boxes within the survey.

Their goal is to use the feedback and the wealth of data they have available to them to ensure they’re better placed to meet the needs of the communities in the years ahead while continuing to ensure they can respond to the most critically ill and injured patients in a timely manner.

Thank you for your help in shaping our future together
