    The Crawley Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) is based at Crawley Hospital. The UTC provides same-day urgent care for minor conditions, ailments, and injuries. The service is not an emergency service for life-threatening conditions. The UTC sees patients of all ages.

    Enter and View visit purpose is to collect evidence of what works well and what could be improved to make people’s experiences better. We use this evidence to make recommendations and inform changes both for individual services as well as health and social care systems wide.

    Sussex Lung Disease Support Group is for people living with chronic lung conditions such as COPD, Bronchiectasis and Interstitial Lung Disease.

    In April 2024, the three local Healthwatch in Sussex sought people's experiences of Memory Assessment Services in Sussex. We asked six questions and produced a two-page summary report.

    The Good Neighbours service provides support to older people living in West Sussex who are living alone and are socially isolated.
