The information line is run by trained staff who will listen to your concerns, help you think through your options and then provide information of where else you could go to get help.
I contacted Healthwatch by phone because I don’t have access to a computer. It was so easy to get through on the phone and it made my life easy because you’re so frustrated with your query. To find someone helpful there, just to listen is the main thing and they have that in abundance
