A Microsoft upgrade will be started overnight on Thursday evening and then a telephony software upgrade will be started on Friday morning. This is because our helpdesk team have had an ongoing issue with the software interface between the telephony and the secure database where our insight is stored, making it very difficult to work. This may result in a loss of service on Friday, 22 June but we will do what we can to respond promptly to enquiries. We apologies in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
