We will endeavour to respond to enquiries within five working days and for responses requiring more complex detailed researched responses, up to seven working days. This timeframe allows us to spend time doing any necessary research on your behalf to makes sure we respond to your enquiry as appropriately as possible.

We cannot make a complaint to a service on your behalf but can, through our Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service (IHCAS), provide information, advice and practical support to assist you in raising a complaint.
